Short Course

Word Process Project:                    Word Processing and publishing on in the Intranet / Internet (Using facilities of word processing for editing and publishing). The students would build up content on a school Intranet and publish their material. Selected material would be on display on monitors placed on each floor.

Excel Project:                                Using Spreadsheets to analyse and graph data (setting up collected data, organizing data in the spreadsheet, types and meaning of graphs of express findings, presenting graphs).

Power Point Presentation Project:  Using presentation Software to animate and present materials (planning and organizing a presentation, how to get ideas across, preparing and delivering a presentation).

Internet:                                        Internet, Intranet and CD libraries as a resource (planning an essay or report, searching for relevant material, compilation, plagiarism, team work and formatting a report.

Access Project:                              Using database to analyse and organize data. (setting up, collected data in a form, organizing data in the table, make relationship, make query for  search any record and a switchboard to prepare main menu).
