- Bangladesh Navy
- Name of the project: Bangladesh Naval operational (BNO) system
- Back-end database: Microsoft SQL Server 2005
- Front-End: ASP .net using “C Sharp” (C#)
- Benefits: provide all type of operational reports
- Brief: A repeat client. The aim of both projects was to make Bangladesh Navy self-sufficient in the software areas under consideration. The second was a turnkey project that also allowed the Navy personnel to create their own SQL queries. The project is now operational with a security system.
- National Board of Revenue
- Name of the project: Reforms in Revenue Administration
- Brief: Project included supply of seven trained software programmers. The project also included design of the Large Tax payers Unit database and consultancy on smooth implementation.
- Planning Commission
- Name of the project: ADP database design as part of Strengthening Institutional Systems in Planning (SISP)
- Benefits: Are able to design own queries and print the ADP books for the government in due time. Department is now self sufficient and able to manage the database on its own.
- Brief: Designed and developed the ADP database. The database allows flexibility to derive any reports required by Planning Ministry. The trained personnel including administration, backup, restoration and printing of ADP government publications now maintain the entire system.
- Glaxo Bangladesh
- Name of the projects: Inventory Monitoring and Financial Reporting System
- Back-end database: FoxPro
- Brief: Glaxo was a repeat client. The inventory monitoring system tracks Inventory from getting quotations right through delivery of packaged medicine to the regional centers.
- Grameen Bank
- Name of the project: designing, developing and implementing the computerized Form 15 MIS system
- Benefits:The system is fully implemented and allows the bank to monitor the performance of over 1050 branches. The latter part of the consultancy involved training the bank's computer personnel so that development of new reports could be carried out in-house. The bank's staff have now added over 50 reports and included 450 new branches.

- Brief: For three years running, Soft-Ed hosted the O and A Level results for Bangladesh.

- Brief: 16 books were developed and a computing studies program established in 17 schools in three major cities of Bangladesh.
-Financial Sector Reform Project
- Brief: The staffs of four Nationalized Commercial Banks (NCBs) and Bangladesh Bank were trained to establish their own PC software divisions. They were trained to design, develop and implement fundamental banking systems. All these departments are successful and running well.
